INA Conference - 2007 Workshops
We experienced an amazing conference this year. We had a large group of people, 148 attendees, and several who were attending conference for the first time. Some attendees even traveled from abroad to join us. Our workshops were presented by more than 30 speakers, some of whom were INA members who shared their expertise and provided insider tips.

Bonita Broughton, ECE Program Specialist for the Baby Signs Institute, showed nannies how to use the Baby SignsŪ Program to enhance a child's development.

Becky Kavanagh, INA's 2006 Nanny of the Year, explained the Platinum Rule concept to help nannies improve their communication skills.

Robin Cohen, a diversity trainer, discussed ways to address children's questions and inappropriate behaviors around issues of race, language and skin color.

Dr. James Crist, licensed clinical psychologist, smiled for the camera during his workshop on how to identify anxiety and depression in pre-teens and teens.
