INA Welcomes New Operations Manager

INA is pleased to welcome Carrie Ann Taylor as our new Operations Manager! Carrie Ann is new to INA but not to the child care industry. Since her early teens, she has worked with young people in various roles including nanny, teacher, camp counselor, and coach.

Carrie Ann is a previous member of Association of DC Area Nannies (ADCAN,) while she lived and worked as a nanny in Metro DC. Since returning to Charlotte, NC, Carrie Ann has continued working as a nanny, completed her Masters of Business Administration and started her own business as a virtual assistant. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in administration, marketing & PR, and conference management with her to INA.

In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering as a member of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Community Relations Committee, attending Charlotte City Council meetings, managing political campaigns, listening to jazz, traveling, and watching college & professional football games. Having just finished her Masters, she’s slowly working back into some semblance of “normalcy” and enjoys reading for pleasure, once again.

Carrie Ann has a tremendous heart for serving and engaging others with resources & information to direct them toward opportunities for advancement, both personally and professionally. She is particularly excited to support the board in membership expansion to insure that INA’s message reaches a broad audience, leveraging both her expertise and passion for promoting the highest professional standards for both nannies and agencies.

With the addition of Carrie Ann to the INA team, we want to be sure you are aware of the new mailing address. Should you need to contact INA via mail, please send all correspondence to the updated address below.

Welcome, Carrie Ann!
