Our second INA Nanny of the Year nominee is Cecily Laing. Cecily has been a career nanny for the last 18 years. She has worked with all ages of children, some as young as only a few weeks. Cecily has also held many job titles over the years, from full-time, part-time, casual, live-in, live-out and household manager, all of these roles were enjoyed and brought a different skill set. Cecily considers herself there for both the children and the parents and thinks of being a nanny as being part of a team. Cecily finished up a position at Christmas that she has had for the past 9 years and feels it was a privilege to be a part of a family for such an important amount of time. Cecily is hoping to branch out into training nannies in the coming years as she sees that as a great way to pass on her knowledge to the next generation of nannies.
