The INA has developed many ways to honor and celebrate those in the nanny industry.
The Nanny of the Year™ award is presented annually by the International Nanny Association (INA) to recognize the personal achievements of a working nanny.
Service Award Pin is presented to nannies, newborn care specialists, nanny educators, placement agency owners, other industry business owners, and business staff who serve the in-home child care industry.
Meritorious Service Award goes to an INA member who has been a strong, sustained supporter of the International Nanny Association and its mission.
The Ambassador Program has taken on the challenge of bringing Chapters back to the INA. Ambassadors hold one Chapter meeting a quarter which includes networking and education for the industry.
The INA Board of Directors is composed of volunteers from within the in-home child care industry who have a passion for seeing our industry grow.
