This week, INA will introduce you to our five outstanding nominees for INA Nanny of the Year. Join us Monday, May 2 when we’ll announce our 2016 INA Nanny of the Year, who will receive her honor at the upcoming INA Conference, on Friday, May 13, 2016.
Our first nominee is Stephanie Doyle. Stephanie has been a career nanny for over 12 years. She enjoys the freedom and challenges that working one on one with children provide as well as using her knowledge to help children learn and families grow. She has been especially helpful in guiding children and parents in the right developmental milestones, sleep training, effective discipline, potty training and much more.
In her current position she works with school age children. She has helped children learn to read, ride two wheeler bikes, learn to have “big kid” conversations and uncover how the child really feels. Along with caring for school age children, she has also taken on the responsibilities of a household manager.
Stephanie loves being able to make a difference in a child’s life for the long term. Outside of being a nanny Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends as well as be involved with her church community.
Stephanie was nominated by Andrew and Carolyn Noble who had this to say, “Stephanie came to us with extensive experiences but we discovered that she not only applies that experiences but also leverages the wisdom of other including her formal and informal nanny networks. She is life-long learner.”
