Our fourth nominee for INA Nanny of the Year is Thaty Oliveria. Thaty holds the greatest pride and passion in being a professional nanny. She finds that “her” children are the ultimate testimony of the work does and feels rewarded knowing that she plays a great role in shaping little minds and raising great citizens of the world. Thaty has been working with children for over 17 years and specializes in working with first time parents and newborns, providing positive encouragement and guidance to parents while nurturing and fostering the healthy development of their babies. An industry leader and advocate, she’s involved in numerous projects providing support, networking, and professional development for the nannies in the greater Boston area. She is founder of the Massachusetts Nanny Breakfast Club and NDR – National Domestic Radio, the co-author of the Professional Nanny Series Class on Care Academy and has helped organizing in addition to present, Boston’s National Nanny Training Day since 2013.

Our 2016 INA Nanny of the Year will be announced Monday, May 3 and honored at the 2016 INA Annual Conference, Friday, May 13, 2016.
