Pascale will be teaching the following sessions at the virtual 2021 INA Summit:

Tackling Technology: Taming the eBeasts
Many kids (many of us?), given the opportunity, would spend unlimited hours in front of screens – either on their smart “things”, their computers, playing video games, or watching TV. Because they won’t set their own limits, grown-ups need to do the job. Adults CAN keep screens in balance with the rest of life and teach their kids to do the same. If you’re concerned about the time your children spend with electronics — what they might be doing, or what they’re NOT doing when glued to a screen – join in this workshop. You will learn how to set and uphold reasonable limits with your children, how to turn over self-control to your children and reclaim your family life.

I’m NOT ANGRY! Strategies for Anger Management – BONUS Session (additional cost)
What are the underlying causes of anger? What does anger accomplish for us? When tempers flare, what is really being achieved? Examine the real reasons we get angry (some may surprise you), and learn how to change your thoughts, words and actions for more positive outcomes. Learn ways to help kids cope with their anger, too. And come hear about some constructive and cooling options which can actually build warmer, more loving relationships. More specifically, we will discuss the definition of anger, what it’s used for and what its purpose is, study the anatomy of anger and finally share strategies on how to manage it.
