Following the announcement of the 2025 INA Nanny of the Year™️, we want to take a moment to recognize the five dedicated professionals in our industry who generously devoted their time in evaluating this year’s incredible NOTY nominees.
Alexandra Latten Argosino, owner of Rainbow Nannies, a trusted boutique Nanny Agency in southern California.
Alexandra started working with children as the neighborhood babysitter during high school, became a summer Au Pair and nanny, and then went on to Nursing School. She graduated in 1989 with a Nursing Degree; and worked several years in Pediatric care. For almost 25 years she has supported families as a Newborn Care Specialist; and her goal has always been that every family feels supported, while navigating their individual path through parenthood.
In 2021, Alexandra purchased a well-established Nanny Agency, Rainbow Nannies. Alexandra believes that Nannies should provide a safe and stable environment, in which children feel secure to explore the world around them at their own pace. Alexandra is passionate about being a child’s advocate.
When Alexandra isn’t working, she spends quality time with her husband, Wally. Alexandra finds strength in meditation, yoga; and loves her daily walks. Being an Ebay reseller is something she does for fun. Alexandra loves to try new recipes, and enjoys spending time with her large extensive family and friends.
Betina Mele, with over 20 years in the nanny industry—both as a Nanny and now as the owner of Caring Connections Nanny Agency—She had seen firsthand how important it is to support and uplift the professionals who dedicate their lives to childcare. Before starting her agency, Betina spent over a decade as a Nanny, experiencing both the challenges and the incredible rewards of this work. That experience shaped the way she advocates for Nannies today, helping them build strong, lasting relationships with the families they work with. She is passionate about recognizing the dedication and talent in this field, ensuring Nannies receive the respect they deserve.
Natalie Hudson is a veteran of the Private Service industry.
Starting in 1995, Natalie spent her first five years in the industry working for a few high-profile families in blended roles as Nanny, Household Manager, and Personal Assistant. To further her education and industry knowledge, Natalie graduated with honors from The International Butler Academy (TIBA) based in The Netherlands in 2001, then helped create The International Association of Household Professionals (IAHP). She landed a position as a butler fresh out of the academy, then spent several years as a freelance personal assistant in the Minneapolis area before accepting a role with a favorite client that kept her busy for nearly ten years as an Estate Manager and Family Assistant.
After being downsized in 2017, Natalie enrolled as a student at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, MN. She curated a degree plan focused on Luxury Lifestyle Management through their College of Individual Studies department. Supervised by her proctor, she wrote many industry-specific courses, outlines, and learning outcomes. In addition to her studies, Natalie served as Virtual Chapter President for The Domestic Estate Management Association. As President, she created, produced, and hosted a weekly virtual meeting, presenting relevant content with industry experts presented to Private Service Professionals worldwide. Natalie graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in 2020, Summa Cum Laude.
When DEMA closed its doors in 2019, Natalie saw an opportunity to fill the void and create a new organization dedicated to developing industry standards and best practices for all aspects of the Private Service industry. This platform also allows Natalie to simultaneously give back and pay it forward to an industry near and dear to her service heart. Private Service Alliance has become a reality thanks to the generous guidance and encouragement of a small team of supportive partners.
