INA Members, We need YOU!
We have two special projects underway right now and your participation is what will make them shining successes! Help us provide greater education for more people and join us as we preserve the past.
Call for Webinar Proposals
Our Members have so much insight to offer to each other. Over the years many members have offered workshops at our conference but now through our Professional Webinar series, that knowledge can be shared with all our members. Do you think you have expertise in an area that might benefit some of our members? Take a minute to fill out our new Webinar Proposal Form and support the industry through the education of others.
INA Historical Project
Many of you participated in the first year of our INA Membership Quilt but SURPRISE, it is just one part of a bigger project the INA is working on this year!
We are often asked “How was this done in the past? Or “Who was that great speaker who talked about Autism 2 years ago?” People want to know when so-and-so was the NOTY or when they served as the INA President. And we all wonder what the organization did before social media!
The Marketing and Promotions committee is embarking on the INA Historical Project! They would like to collect as many pictures, stories, and written memories as possible! Some of this information will be displayed visually at the 2019 Conference, with the goal of building upon it each year.
We will happily accept physical copies of things (old programs, pictures, etc.). But also would love an inbox full of stories and scanned photos – just remember to give us all the details of who, what, when, where, why.
- Have a cute picture at the 2001 Conference? EMAIL IT!
- Have a handwritten INA budget from 1989? SEND IT!
- Have a funny story about what happened in Vegas? TELL IT!
We don’t want these memories to fade out over time. Please help us to archive our precious history. If you have something to share, send us an email to memberservices@nanny.org. If you have it all digitalized, you can attach it in the email. If you want to send your physical files or information someplace, let us know and we will give you directions.
