Conference Registration will open on November 1, 2019. You will notice that your rate will now be based on your INA membership category. *Non-members will all pay the same price but if you are a Business Staff, Nanny Employer, Educator, Placement Agency, Industry Service, Online Recruiting Platform or Premium Member, your Conference Registration comes with something a little extra.* As a Business Member of the INA, you will receive one individual INA social media post (shout-out) congratulating you for attending the INA Conference. These posts will run in January, February, March, and April. You will also be included in 1 joint social media post in the week leading up to conference that includes all businesses coming.
Remember that right now, if you have never attended the INA Conference before you can apply for the Conference Endowment. This program gives 3 INA members a full conference registration. If you were ineligible for the Endowment in past years because of your membership status and are now ineligible because you have attended the INA Conference in the past, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
October 1, 2019, you can start applying for the Debora Davis Conference Grant which will give up to 30 member attendees $250 off your conference registration. More info can be found here.
Back this year is our payment option. Upon the request of our attendees, we have extended the number of payments and the length of time to pay. When registration opens November 1st, you will see this as an option. Subsequent invoices will be sent to you after that.
We are also bringing back our Virtual Conference for those of you that can’t make the trip to join us in Montreal but still want access to the education it offers. Virtual Conference gives you access through your computers to the Keynote, the workshops, the Awards Ceremony, and Business Meeting. Recordings from the speakers that allow it, will be available to you for 30 days after the conference.
There are even options for those of you who will be attending in-person but want to have the same 30 day access to the available recordings. Pre-ordering this access will even save you money.
The details of the 2020 Conference are still being worked out but we know that a lot of you are planners and want to get started with your travel plans. Here is a TENTATIVE schedule for the Thursday of the conference. Please note that details may change slightly but this is our plan as of now.

Some of you are starting to book your travel. As you look remember that our conference officially starts at 1:00 PM on Thursday with our Orientation but there is likely an OPTIONAL “city tour” of Montreal that will be available Thursday morning. You will want to make sure that you can be there for that. Also, you will need to fly into Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL). You can also check out the airline partnerships we have and receive a discount on your flights.
