The INA Board of Directors is happy to announce the 2019 INA Conference Coordinator will be Marcia Hall. 
Executive Board members Tonya Sakowicz, Megan Metzger, Caroline Wesnitzer, and Stacie Steelman spent several weeks vetting all options by reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and checking references. We considered many options including hiring an outside event management company.
Although she has mighty big shoes to fill, we are confident that Marcia will have a smooth transition into the position of INA Conference Coordinator. She has spent the previous seven years on the Board working directly with the Conference Committee and the last two years working closely with Kellie to plan conference as the INA President. Marcia will begin as a volunteer this Spring leading up to the 2018 Conference. Her appointment to INA Conference Coordinator will start officially in June 2018. With Kellie to help guide her early steps, we know Marcia is going to do a great job continuing the vision of the INA Board to elevate our organization as the leader in the in-home child care industry.
