We know that many of you have been asking for an update on the March 2020 Summit that we announced in November of 2019. We had hoped to get information out in December however the Board wanted to listen to some of the feedback we received when we announced the event and to consider all our options for this trip. In doing so, we have decided to adjust some of our arrangements. Here are the current details.
Friday and Saturday, March, 20 and 21, 2020:
Two of our Board Members (Rachael Lubin and Christa Nader) will be officially representing the INA at the Childcare and Education Expo at Olympia London, Hammersmith Road, Kensington, London. The Expo is open both days from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Tickets are free but you must register in advance. In addition to seeing the INA, there are many other vendors that may help you in your business or career including UK Nanny and The Nanny Collaborative. This is a great opportunity for you to meet many people in the industry.
Sunday, March 22, 2020
Christa and Rachael will be joined by Board Member Helen McCarthy to host an open house International Meet the Board on Sunday, March 22, from 1:00 – 5:00 PM at The Antelope, 22 Eaton Terrace, London. There will be a lunch buffet offered to those who attend for a cost of £14 per person or you can just get a drink and visit with our representatives for a while.
There will not be presentations or speeches, just personal conversations. Come and get to know some of our Board Members and help us understand more about the nanny industry from your perspective. While there are no official RSVP’s, we would like to have an idea of who will be joining us on this day. Please take some time to fill out this simple form and let us know we can expect you. More details will be released as they are finalized.
Our hope that this trip will not only help us to understand the nanny industry from many different regions and countries around the world, but also open the door to more Board Meet-Ups around the world. Please reach out to us at memberservices@nanny.org if you have any further questions.
