The applicants for the 2020 Nanny of the Year award are hard at work behind the scenes completing their digital portfolios, due Jan. 15, 2020. It is time to form the 2020 NOTY Selection Committee and we are seeking prospects!
Ideal prospects have integrity, are intuitive, and inclusive. They can be a nanny, NCS, business professional – inside or outside of our industry. We seek a diverse committee of (5) five. They must have no direct connection to any of the candidates.
The 2020 NOTY Selection Committee will volunteer around 10 hours of time over the course of 6 weeks month (February/March 2020). They will review portfolios, references, and candidate interviews and complete an evaluation for each candidate. The first portion of the evaluation is done blindly; this is prior to reviewing the candidate’s interviews.
