Meet Jada Rashawn!

Jada’s overall mission is to help others live a life of less stress and more joy by finding valuable products and resources for millennials and parents. She is a connector, supporter, and advocate for those seeking community. Her superpower is cheering on others around her and empowering them to do the thing that makes them the happiest!
For the past 11 years, her career has been in the professional nanny industry– helping successful families thrive in their home life. When she wasn’t nannying, she was pouring herself into her passions, which include: speaking on air about parenting products, consulting with families and nannies through her agency, No Other Nanny, and advocating for the nanny industry! In addition to this valuable work— JADA IS ON TV. She speaks monthly on SA Live and covers topics that include parenting products, resources, potty training tips and advice, parenting and nannying hacks, the relationship between parents and nannies, and informing others about the nature of the nanny industry. She is a spokesperson on a major tech platform that caters to introducing nannies to potential employers and helps those using the platform understand the ideal user experience behind it!
Jada currently resides in San Antonio, Texas. Her favorite thing about San Antonio: it’s a fabulously intentional family-oriented + friendly city. It’s also loaded down with southern charm. Her favorite places: The Pearl Brewery and The Rim. This said, she hales from Detroit (yay, the Mitten State!) and is the middle child in a family of 4 kiddos. She’s experienced her fair share of adversity and challenges and possesses endless amounts of love and patience as a result. She comes across her entrepreneur tendencies honestly— her dad is one! Her sisters also took up careers in caregiving and nurture others through beauty! She loves a good cup of joe, going to the movies (pre-COVID), skating, and painting. She also loves doing hair (one more way for her to love on those around her)!
Jada’s motto: MAKE NOISE IN THE NANNY INDUSTRY BY AMPLIFYING THE VOICES OF OTHERS. She wants to create a safe space for nannies to feel heard.
