Meet Stacie Steelman!

Stacie Steelman began her career as a Corporate Financial Recruiter, sourcing and qualifying hundreds of financial professionals in Los Angeles for Adecco/Ajllon Corporation, a $5 billion global recruitment leader across industries. Stacie extensively worked with Human Resource and Finance Departments at companies such as Sony Pictures Entertainment, E! Entertainment, Deloitte and Touche, Arthur Anderson (Anderson Global). Over the years after supporting the company through a major acquisition of a local firm, Stacie relocated to San Diego working at that time working for a boutique recruiting firm servicing companies like Home Depot, Petco, and the Del Mar Racetrack. Shortly after the birth of her first child Stacie recognized the obvious need in the San Diego market for reliable, trustworthy, “on call” in home care solutions. In 2006 Stacie began her entrepreneurial venture by founding Crunch Care, Inc. a division of Steelman Staffing & Associates. Today Crunch Care Services 5 metropolitan markets in the US, is partnered with a major public traded company providing back up care to companies such as Apple, Facebook, and Bank of America, NBC-Univsersal, LinkedIn and a host of other mid-size companies in their local markets. Stacie has her B.A. in English from The University of South Florida. She is a Partner in the One to One Childcare campaign created out of the COVID-19 Pandemic,  Executive Board of Directors for the International Nanny Association as the Treasurer for over 5 years, is an active participant in the Association of Premiere Nanny Agencies, a member of SHRM, and is a Media Spokesperson for the American Staffing Association.

In the first portion of this session, you will learn the foundation of building a spreadsheet-based budget determining planning on revenue streams and expenses based on historical information or goals.  Stacie will then teach you the foundation for mirroring your chart of accounts in Quickbooks, then automating your budget for ongoing analysis and year over year replication.
