In this Spotlight, we will get to know a little more about Susan Labadi.  Ms. Labadi believes that education is the solution to many world challenges, and through her company, Genius School, Inc., she develops teachers and administrators, counsels’ boards for private parochial schools, and designs curriculum content for the Halal industries.  We are pleased to have Susan presenting a workshop about Cultural Differences and Sensitivity.  

 

When we asked Susan what she hopes attendees get from her workshop she told us “The need for knowledge and tolerant of cultural sensitivities has never been greater.  As wealth spreads and embraces a wider expanse of cultures. Agencies, nannies, and newborn care specialist to find increasing complexities and nuances in working with their clients. As a trusted member of client families, you need to know what to expect and how to bridge potential gaps and protocols.”

 

When we asked Susan what her presentation style is she said she “typically uses colorful, pictorial slides and does have some audience interaction.  She loves to be liaison and answer questions that address cultural “peculiarities”
