In her combined role, Marcia will be overseeing the office responsibilities, help with the day-to-day tasks of the Organization, and take on the big job of planning and organizing our annual conferences.

We know Marcia will do an amazing job for the organization and are honored to have her on our team.

INA Co-Presidents

For 20 years Marcia Hall has been a part of the in-home child care industry. She started her career after graduating from the English Nanny and Governess School in 1997. Marcia joined the INA in 2006 and passed the INA Nanny Credential Exam that same year. In 2011 Marcia was named the INA Nanny of the Year and was inducted onto the INA Board.

As Marcia’s family grew, she adjusted her role within the industry. In 2010 Marcia graduated from the Academy of Coaching Parents International and began working with nannies and parents as an educator and coach through Nanny Coaching Team.

In her personal life, Marcia has always been an advocate for children and families, having served as a foster mom, children’s ministry director, and a “Big Sister” with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters program. For the last four years, Marcia has been the Administrative Assistant for Church in the City in Milwaukee, WI.

In her seven years on the INA Board of Directors, Marcia has served in several capacities most recently as the President of the association. During her time on the Board, she has proved herself to be a highly organized and efficient advocate for the industry. Marcia has worked directly with the INA Operations Manager and the INA Conference Coordinator, so she has a firm grasp of what happens in the INA office from day-to-day and what goes into planning the INA Conference.

Marcia and her husband Scott have three wonderful children and live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
