The INA Nanny of the Year™ was created in the association’s infancy in order to highlight one of the thousands of amazing nannies in our community. This award has helped raise public awareness to our industry and given a platform to one qualified individual to share their experience. 
Over the last 31 years, this list of incredible caregivers has grown. Today, some of the past (and current) NOTY™’s would like to share a small nugget of what they have learned with you.
