For 8 years the INA Conference Endowment has been a way to recognize our members for their dedication to the in-home child care industry by utilizing a portion of Raffle funds to give full conference registrations to a number of individuals who apply. In 2020 we will continue to build upon the strong foundation that was started many years ago.

Monday, September 30, 2019 (11:59 PM US EST)
The 2020 INA Conference Endowment will give away three (3) full conference registrations to INA members who have never been to an INA Conference before. There will be one round of applications this year and all applicants will be put into the same pool with the same odds of winning.
Application Instructions
Answers should be submitted through the Endowment Application in your member portal. To access the form, log into your account at nanny.org. Go to “Forms” and find the one titled “INA Endowment Application”.
Complete all three (3) parts of the form:
- Section 1: General Information about you.
- Section 2: Trivia Questions. The trivia question answers can be found on the INA Websites, www.nanny.org or inaconference@nanny.org.
- Section 3: Answer the two personal essay questions. The essay questions must be between 10-15 sentences each and applicants are encouraged to use spelling and grammar check.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the 2020 INA Conference Endowment applicants must:
- Be a current INA Member.
- Have not attended an INA Conference previously. Remember that the INA Deborah Davis Conference Grant will be available to previous conference attendees and open October 1, 2019.
- Attend the 2020 INA Annual Conference, April 30 – May 3, 2020, Montreal, Canada. 2020 Endowments are not transferable.
- Provide us with the correct name and email address associated with your INA account.
- Answer all the trivia questions correctly.
- Complete the essay questions with the correct number of sentences.
Those not eligible for the INA Endowment include:
- Anyone who has attended an INA Conference in the past
- Conference presenters and sponsors who receive complimentary registration
- INA Board Members
Selection Process
When the applicant has completed all steps correctly, their name will be entered into an online randomized selection program. Three winning names will be chosen from the eligible entries. Those who have been chosen for the 2020 Conference Endowment will be notified via email by 9 PM EST on or before Tuesday, October 15, 2019. Those who do not win may go on to apply for a Deborah Davis Conference Grant if they wish.
