If you’re in the nanny industry, whether you are a Nanny, NCS, educator, agency owner, etc., chances are, you are a giver. You give everything you have to your profession and enjoy nurturing, giving back, helping, and caring for others in an effort to build a better and brighter future for those around you. You are not alone in this belief which puts you in good company with others in our industry who have the same goal in mind.
Today, in honor of GivingTuesday, a global generosity movement that unleashes the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and their world, we want to celebrate those in our industry who do just that.
We couldn’t think of a better way to kick off our theme for the month, Celebration, and celebrate those deserving nannies in our industry, as well as all of the wonderful organizations, who make a difference to support those in a time of need. Because of you, we can create a more empowered and generous industry, one where generosity is at the heart, and create opportunities for those in our industry around the globe.
In an effort to do so, the INA is providing several ways for you to donate and financially give back to the industry or seek support if you are in need. We want to highlight other organizations in our industry that give back:
There are also many ways to show your support or find support through the International Nanny Association and we are thankful for people like you who have embraced our mission and make it possible for us to continue to make a difference in the in-home care childcare industry.
Together, we can make a difference! Do you know of any nannies or agencies in your area that are giving back? If so, we’d love to hear about them! Please email memberservices@nanny.org and let us know!
